• The Platform does not own, sell, or manage any Telegram accounts directly.
• The Platform is not responsible for:
  • The origin, legality, or authenticity of the accounts listed by users.
  • How purchased accounts are later used by buyers.
  • Any losses, disputes, or legal consequences arising from the use or sale of any account.

3. User Obligations

• Users must provide accurate and truthful information when registering or conducting transactions.
• Sellers are fully responsible for the authenticity and ownership of the accounts they sell.
• Buyers acknowledge that they purchase accounts at their own risk.

4. Account Verification

The Platform uses Telethon and proxy systems to automatically verify whether uploaded Telegram accounts are active and accessible. However, this verification does not guarantee the authenticity, legality, or long-term security of any account.

5. Deposits and Transactions

• Users may deposit balance to their Platform account.
• Purchases can only be made using the deposited balance.
• Once a transaction is completed, no refunds will be issued unless explicitly approved by the Platform's administrators.

6. Restrictions and Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Selling hacked, stolen, or illegally obtained accounts.
• Using purchased accounts for unlawful or harmful activities.
• Attempting to manipulate verification systems or attack the Platform's infrastructure.
